Connect 360 works with some limitations. Other XBox sharing software has fewer limitations.

Maybe I'm just a new person to these types of things, but I was fully expecting never being able to host stuff for my 360 with my mac. This product more or less just 'worked'. I haven't had extensive testing so this review could possibly change, but I was able to view photos with minimal effort and videos worked, though no fault of this product, I had to do some things with my xbox(sign up for a live account and download a few video codecs). This is the first application that I use that I'm willing to pony up the money to pay for, so thanks for this useful application!
Documentation as of 5/6/08 was non-existent but they are updating the site, or so they say. Fortunately the application does it's part easily enough, you just need to figure out how to view it on your xbox(not hard at all)

Tried to upgrade to Connect360 3.31 and it won't work. If I try to open it I get a Preferences Error Could not load Connect360. Tried trashing Prefs no good. Tried reinstalling old version no good. Checked crash log and it seems like it is having problems with the helper but not sure how to fix it.
Oddly enough it turned it back on on another machine I had it turned off on to tell me there was an update.
Been a long time user and really enjoy this product but I would sya use this version with caution.

Version 3.31 added the feature of displaying video files in folders on the XBox 360. Earlier versions of Connect360 just showed a flat list of video files. Unfortunately, the implementation of the folders view is very poor. Instead of showing the full hierarchy of nested folders, Connect360 flattens the folder structure and only shows the leaf folders. That is, if you have a folder "MyFavoriteShow" and then folders "Season1", "Season2", and "Season3" underneath "MyFavoriteShow" then Connect360 will list the folders "Season1", "Season2", and "Season3" without showing the higher level folder "MyFavoriteShow". If there are video files in the higher level folder, then Connect360 will show "Season1", "Season2", "Season3", and "MyFavoriteShow" all at the same level.
A competing software product named "Rivet" from Cynical Peak Software correctly shows the nested folder structure and allows the XBox 360 to navigate the folder hierarchy.
Connect 360 allows the user to only specify a single source folder to read video files from. This would not be a limitation if Connect360 correctly interpreted OS X aliases or symbolic links since you could add an alias that points to other video folders into your main videos folder. Unfortunately Connect360 does not correctly handle aliases so you are forced to use one folder on one disk volume to store all of your video files.
The "Rivet" program mentioned above allows the user to specify multiple video source folders. This allows you to store your video files across any disk volumes connected to your Mac and have all the video files shared to your XBox 360.
