WoWmapview ReviewWorks as promised - Version: 3.0, 1/4/2007 01:16PM PST

Initially, the path is set wrong. It asks right away when you first run it. You need to point it at the WoW folder, not the app. After doing that, it seems to work fine. Very slow and choppy on my MDD dual 867, but it still let me see old ironforge ;-)

Using the F-keys to turn off things like fire and plants and stuff improved performance somewhat, but still slower than the real app - go figure, one guy can't get the same performance out of an app that a team of engineers can ;-)

Nice tool though. I wonder how Blizzard feels about it. I bet they're stoked that I can check out all the secret places...

Just got my new MacBook in and tried version 2.0 and 1.0 of this app and both give the Invalid Path issue.

Hopefully the author will fix it.

When I try to use this on my iBook G4, it gives an error saying:

Any ideas?
