Video2SWF ReviewGreat product! - Version: 1.011, 6/16/2007 04:15PM PST

As a student, I can buy Flash for only $250. However, as much as I should learn how to use Flash for things other than converting Video to SWF, I probably won't. I have a website for my freelance work and I have been using YouTube for compatibility. However it's not very professional. I love having control over the quality settings. Also when you upload a video in 16X9 to YouTube it still shows in a 4X3 window. Letterboxing makes sense on a TV or projector because you can't drop the screen. However, with internet video you can. Imagine a movie trailer with letterboxing, another point is you are downloading a larger file just to show black bars. This program does what I wanted to do with Flash, only better because it creates one file instead of 2 (though you can make a FLV file if desired). All this for $200 less than the student price for Flash. Nice!
