The brand new iSync plugins version supports cell phones from major manufacturers to synchronize your data using iSync - Apple's hot synchronisation software built into every modern Macintosh computer.

iSync plugins are extremely easy to use, as you see the list of your already configured phones on the Mac and just need one click to activate them for the use with iSync.

You can even use the iSync plugins if you are not working with Address Book or iCal. As long as your personal information management program is talking to the systems' database, like e.g. Entourage, you are fine to sync.

The v6 Product was seamless and transparent!

the v7 product has introduced a control panel interface which allows up-to 2 phones but it is impossible to change a plugin once selected (people change phones occasionally!) and it is no longer a transparent interface. You have to add the new phone as a second one and then you can no longer do any changes as once a phone is added it cannot be removed..

serious bug here

KEEP the 6.x version if you can until they fix this especially if you use 2 phones and change them regularly.

Nice plugin. Easy to install. Good support from the novamedia team.
Worked nicely for the first sync.
Tonight got the following error message:
an error occured while receiving data from the telephone.
Instead of updating information, it uploaded all my iMac addressbook on the phone and got stuck in the middle.
Also noticed that the plugin does not sync the "comment" field of the iMac addressbook. Wish it would even if limited to a certain number of characters.

I have bought the plugins from nova media to sync my nokia 6300 and 6500classic. With the plugin for the nokia 6300 I had some connection problems. I wrote an email to nova media and they helped me within 24 hours. PERFECT!
