This is really great software. Does exactly what it claims in a nice easy-to-use interface. I would highly recommend.

I develop Web 2.0 applications for a living and I have to say, HTTPScoop ROCKS! No more trying to piece together tcp dumps and stuff split across multiple packets. No more trying to get Firebug to stick around and keep analyzing during various redirects. This thing just works, and it works well! Three thumbs up!

Like all good Mac software HTTP Scoop just works. Just start it up and start scooping and it completely decodes HTTP traffic on port 80 into easy to digest pages of info with the request and responses collated for easy reference. Any images, movies or other content downloaded as the result of a request can be saved to disk. If you need to stray from the default path you can sniff any port your web server is using or restrict sniffing to a particular host. I've used HTTP Scoop to debug several thorny protocol problems with web clients and web servers and can't recommend it highly enough.
