7zX Review7zX works better than the finder's compression - Version: 1.7.1, 4/14/2008 06:01PM PST

While you can right click on a file and create a .zip archive in the Finder, 7zX with drag and drop to the icon in the Dock is almost as easy and it does compress more than the Finder's zip. And you can't beat the price. 2 thumbs up.

7zX ReviewOne of the tools from the box "must have" for your Mac - Version: 1.7.1, 3/15/2008 05:19AM PST

Great (and known by professionals from years) compression format. Now GUIed on OSX. Better then any idiots' format, like for example ".sit" (that is commercial and that is dead, just like OS9,8,7,... are dead). If someone tries to compress just compressed jpg, pdf etc., he/she probably should switch to Windows - it's a fantastic environment to make problems harder.
