Url Extractor X is a Cocoa application to extract url from files, it can process thousand of file in a single command. It can extract web address, emails and ftp address. It uses the last technology available in OS X. The extraction process uses multithreading. It is fast and very easy to use. Url Extractor X process files at "light speed" and show you live, the result of the extraction as it is performed. Url Extractor X can save on disk, as Url Extractor X documents, all the setting used to work for a particular folder or file, to have them ready to be used the next time.The extracted data can be saved on disk as text files with each url separated by a newline, ready to be imported in other software you use.
The application takes full advantage of the the last Cocoa technology to perform its job, you will be amazed to see how fast and bullet proof Url Extractor X is.

I unfortunately found myself in need of this program, so I downloaded it. It works as advertised, extracting URLs from my files -- that's nice. However, the cost is way too high. Since I have need of the program I am giving in once, but I don't doubt that the high cost will mean few other people will buy, meaning the program will recieve attention from the publisher, meaning it will die in 1-2 years. If only it was $10 or $15, instead of $45. What a shame the developer, who does very good software coding work, had to price it so poorly. :(

This product is far too expensive for what it does. Developer wants $45 for a product value that should be $10 or $15 max.
