First I'd like to express my appreciation for developing in this field for OS X and making a dedicated Flash movie player.
However, all people who experience stuttering and lagging after some time with this player, try VLC 0.8.5. Even though it gives an error message when opening .flv movies, it plays them just fine and smoothly even on my 400 MHz G3. I've got no idea how they achieved this, while all other players, incl. FLV player and XinePlayer stutter or have problems with the audio. It just works :-)

And FLV is not compatible with iPod, need to <a href="http://www.moviesmac.com/tutorial/flv-converter-mac.html">convert FLV to iPod</a> to use FLV.
