Mori ReviewBUG has corrupted my data - Version: 1.6.11, 9/13/2009 07:54PM PST

Warning: Mori may destroy your data. I have used Mori for several years (since it was published by Hog Bay). I just discovered that Mori has corrupted my data, by randomly switching pasted graphics which I had put into some of my Mori documents. This has destroyed years of my record-keeping. I strongly recommend AGAINST Mori. (I'm running everything current: Mori 1.6.11, under OS X 10.6.1.)

Mori Reviewfantastic product - Version: 1.6.11, 10/8/2008 03:17AM PST

I've relied on this application for years and recommend it highly. Apple should buy it and just include it on all Macs as default. The Mac shareware market has exploded recently with all kinds of outliners and idea organizers. I've tried them all but stuck to Mori. The new ones get carried away with bells and whistles. Many also try too hard to recreate the wheel ('being innovative') on the interface...and just end up looking silly. Mori, on the other hand, is simple and its interface truly does make sense. I couldn't live without it.

Note: There were some problems with Mori (around 1.6.8 I think) when OSX 10.5 came out. This was the case with countless apps on the market at the time. The developer quickly fixed them and the current version has never given me problems. Very stable and solid.

Using Mac OS 10.4.10 on a MacBook Pro, I'm unable to open any of my prior notebooks with version 1.6.5. Luckily I had a zipped copy of 1.6.3 that I could revert to.

Mori CommentaryToolbar icons still missing in action - Version: 1.6.3, 8/8/2007 07:47PM PST

"Fixed #2278 wherein toolbar icons still were not appearing."

Umm, I hate to tell you, but this is most definitely NOT fixed. Most toolbar icons are blank/invisible, both in the toolbar and in the "Customize Toolbar" window. Also, in the "About Mori" window, the application icon is likewise missing.
