The text reads like all the other DS_Store wipers, but actually BlueHarvest is different, because it lets you
1. *prevent* DS_Store files rather than having to choose a folder you want to clean on a manual keypress and
2. it lets you prevent DS_Store (AND other OSX as well as Windows invicibles!!) depending on whether the volume is a network drive (...which is a standard OSX functionality anyway...) or an external drive and (THIS IS WHAT I, and I guess EVERYONE, need) decides on creating DS_Store depending on the FILESYSTEM. I would have liked more flexibility on this, though (configurability WHICH FSes in detail)
For me, the latter is THE solution. I don't want no OSX invincibles on any fat-formatted or windows formatted drive, because that's usually the USB flash disks and network drives I use for multiplatforming - why else would I work with a non MacOS formatted drive!
So, this is the tool you need, all the rest I've seen is pathetic.

No lie. This is saving my a$$
We have a process that scavenges our Win2003 servers for data in website creation, and it always fails unless we log out the Mac users and delete these invisible files first - MAJOR PAIN, MAJOR TIME LOST.
Now, this thing is a bargain for $10. I only hope and pray that a Universal Binary is forthcoming???
Money is on the way...

A nice little program that saves me a lot of otherwise tedious cleaning up, and saves my windows-using colleagues (with whom I share a few servers) a lot of confusion.
I was having a problem with repeated authentication in v 1.02, and after having written to the developer, v 1.03 appeared within a day of having identified the cause - Excellent support!

This nicely does what it says it doesn. Pretty straightforward. $10 seems a little much for what it does though. Try $5 and you'll probably have more bites....
Excellent Idea: on testing

This small piece of software is a must-to-have for any Mac-user into a Windows Environment.
I'm using and It's doing its job.
If runs without problems, like seems, Excellent.
