Product Description:

What's new in this version:
- Fixed an issue preventing Chat Transcript Manager from launching under Mac OS X 10.3.9.
- Fixed an issue with Chat Transcript Manager not scanning certain Fire logs correctly causing it to crash.
- Updated and re-added Danish, Dutch, French, Italian, Japanese and Russian localizations.

No support for mercury, yahoo messenger, msn messenger, skype, chat client, etc.
Does not display emoticons or other images. Does not respect original fonts, styles, and colors.
Costs $20, not worth it.
Very disappointing.

I have used other Unsanity software and I 'm happy with the performance, this is not up to their standards.

Since using VoIP I’ve found myself chatting through Skype or Gizmo more often. Thing is: Chat Transcript Manager does not list any of the chats conducted through Skype or Gizmo. The app is limited to Adium and iChat. I’ve been reporting this to the developer when purchasing the application but still, some six months later, haven’t received any feedback. CTM is only useful if you’re on Adium or iChat... which is unfortunate.

This app silently installs Unsanity's "Smart Crash Reports". If you try out this app and then decide to remove it, you'll also want to remove anything it added to your ~/Library/InputManagers folder. Or you can follow the instructions at the second link.
