This product offers very little more than iSquint by Techspansion in some areas and quite a bit less in others. Be aware that MoviePod will squish widescreen movies to fit the screen of your iPod. While you may tell MoviePod not to do this by setting the ratio yourself, it doesn't help when you have a number of different screen ratio movies you would like to do in a batch. I recomend picking up iSquint for free and then paying for VisualHub if you really want some extra features.
SWEET SOFTWARE. It has worked flawlessly. I like the app putting the movies in iTunes. The audio is great!
I purchased MoviePod to convert some internet movies (for a college class) viewed and saved with Flip4Mac for ipod use.
Flip4Mac converted the movies for ipod use as huge files (three times the size of MoviePod) and left a banner that the movie was created with a trial version; implying that I should buy an upgrade.
iSquint left me squinting at a blank window.
For $10 one can hardly complain about the price.
