I can't make this work at all - Version: 0.4.1, 11/9/2005 01:31PM PST

I'm missing something here. All bottom-level menu items are greyed out, so File is there but File/New is greyed out. Create, and Create/Basic Shapes are there, but Create/Basic Shapes/Rectangle is greyed out, and so on. Even Quit is greyed out! I'm running 10.3.9 and this supposedly runs on 10.3.x, so what am I missing?
