Over a period I've tried a few versions of this because I was attracted by the words "browser for web developer".
The developer's site says "If the input text DOESN'T' have the URL scheme, it will be searched in web."
Unfortunately, if the input text DOES have the url scheme it still resorts to a search engine.
The only way I can directly access any url's is to start by hand typing the "http://" component.
What's with that?

I just downloaded and installed Sunrise and I'm impressed. It's built on the same source as Safari. Based on the number of releases the developers have had in the last few days, they are working hard to make this a really great browser. One unusual feature is that Bookmarks have an icon view of the page. Nice touch.
For me, that's a deal-breaker straight away. No point in examining further. End of the line for this tool.
