Product Description:

Keep your MacBook in sync with your iMac. Sync up your Mac Pro with your MacBook Pro. Synchronize Address Book, iCal, Safari Bookmarks, and much, much more between Macs. SyncTogether can keep your information and preference settings the same across all the Macs you use. Choose what you want synchronized, too. SyncTogether is fully configurable.

Sync Two or More MacsSyncTogether is perfect for people who move between two or more Macs, such as a MacBook and an iMac. Easily keep contacts, calendars, notes, Apple Mail account settings and more in sync between your Macs to have access to your information when you need it the most. SyncTogether can run automatically, or whenever you want with the click of a button. It's easy to set up and use across a local network -- even via Wi-Fi -- and supports advanced IP addressing to sync over the Internet.

Sync Only What You Want To SyncSyncTogether's selective syncing feature lets you choose individual Address Book groups and iCal calendars to sync with other family members' Macs. Sync only your class schedule, bowling team contact list, soccer game schedule, or family phone list -- sync only what you want without sharing your entire contact list and calendar. SyncTogether can even synchronize information between multiple accounts on the same Mac, which is great for families that share a single computer.

SyncTogether CommentaryWorks Fine For Me! - Version: 1.0.2, 2/19/2008 12:00AM PST

I started using this product when it was in ßeta, called MySync. Mark/Space acquired this product in early 2007 and renamed it Sync Together. During the early days, I worked with Martin Redington to improve the product, and found him responsive, hard-working, and talented. Every issue I encountered and reported to him he fixed. For the past year or so, I have used Sync Together to sync Address Books and iCalendars on two different machines, and it didn't even blink when I upgraded one to Leopard.

The documentation lists the many issues surrounding synchronization between Macs. For those who are having problems, I suggest they read this information carefully. When the product has reported sync problems (and offers to resolve them in a number of ways), it's usually because I have mis-typed something, or in one case, Apple added a field to the contact list that did not exist in the older version of iCal.

This program may not be for everyone. But it does exactly what I want it to do, and thus I'm a happy camper.

SyncTogether ReviewThis software is just too buggy - It doesn't work - forget it - Version: 1.0.1, 2/1/2008 12:00AM PST

I just regret to have spend money an this software. When you start using it you can say welcome to a new beta software, because bugs will come to you unexpectedly, with no reason and finally I just got a software that is no more usable ( impossible to change config settings, cause app crashes when you try to change a parameter, each time).

There is no support, Knowledgebase speeks about things you don't even know what it talks about and no trace of the real problems you get into.

No update since long long, too long time...

SyncTogether ReviewNice idea - but it does not work reliably - Version: 1.0.1, 10/9/2007 07:16AM PST

I downloaded this software onto two machines and then tried to sync a very simple scenario. It did not work. The error messages I received were very generic. The support site is limited and the discussion forum did nothing to improve my impression. This software is obviously not mature. You can go ahead and pay $50 dollars for it but then if you start to count how much time you need to get it to work then you are paying a lot more. This software should not have been released in this state for purchase.
