I just regret to have spend money an this software. When you start using it you can say welcome to a new beta software, because bugs will come to you unexpectedly, with no reason and finally I just got a software that is no more usable ( impossible to change config settings, cause app crashes when you try to change a parameter, each time).
There is no support, Knowledgebase speeks about things you don't even know what it talks about and no trace of the real problems you get into.

I downloaded this software onto two machines and then tried to sync a very simple scenario. It did not work. The error messages I received were very generic. The support site is limited and the discussion forum did nothing to improve my impression. This software is obviously not mature. You can go ahead and pay $50 dollars for it but then if you start to count how much time you need to get it to work then you are paying a lot more. This software should not have been released in this state for purchase.

I've tried everything to make this work... no success. I was very excited that it was MarkSpace, but this product is slow and times out constantly. I was looking for an alternative to the expensive but effective .mac, but so far, this doesn't even come close.
DOWNLOAD THE UPDATER AND INSTALL IT BEFORE BUYING THIS. When asked for a registration code you can use it in a 14 day trial.
3 days in, I am dumping it and looking for something better.

I used many versions of the MySync betas to sycronize the Address Book and iCal between my desktop and laptop. MySync always worked well.

i've used other mark space s/w in the past and found it a good company, but this app simply does not work for me. it hangs, is 20x slower than .mac syncing, finds hundreds of "conflicts," and ultimately crashes or times out. been through the materials thoroughly and on the website. their own forum shows many users dissatisfied. cannot recommend . . . version still too early, too buggy, too expensive. avoid.

When I tried to sync with my contacts and ical data, the app crashed
on me and corrupted my data. I tried to contact support
and they never get back to you. And only give you canned
responses. I think .Mac is the better software for syncing of contact and ical data. When you try to get a refund you get an annoying person from sales
dept. who does not want to give you back your money. And redirects you back to Support. This place is a scam and the mac community should know about this.

MySync was such a concise logical memorable name. MarkSpace bought the app from MMI and I assume rights to the name. And they decided on SyncTogether ???!!!??? yeesh! How elegant (sarcasm) Not to mention that I have been anxiously waiting for MarkSpace to release a version of MySync. I had no idea it ws released a month ago. A search for MySync on VT produces "no results found"

I attempted to switch from .Mac to SyncTogether. It seemed to work fine on a LAN at first. Using it on a WAN was a nightmare, and I never quite got it to work. Then after a few days, synchronising on a LAN, it completely messed up my data: lots of duplicates, stuff added from nowhere, and some information lost. This app is not sufficiently mature.

This is a sweet little program which actually does what it claims to do. I quickly and easily got a MacPro, a MacBook and a PowerBook G4 to share our family calendar (iCal) and Address Book. These three machines are sharing information and has ended once and for all the necessity of entering the same info three separate times on three different machines on our home network.
The documentation lists the many issues surrounding synchronization between Macs. For those who are having problems, I suggest they read this information carefully. When the product has reported sync problems (and offers to resolve them in a number of ways), it's usually because I have mis-typed something, or in one case, Apple added a field to the contact list that did not exist in the older version of iCal.
This program may not be for everyone. But it does exactly what I want it to do, and thus I'm a happy camper.
