This app seems like it could be a pretty good stand-in for VoodoPad but it's got that not-so-fresh incompleteness about it. For instance, the author couldn't be bothered to update the main menu with the application name (so you're left with "Quit NewApplication" and "About NewApplication", and "New Application Help" in the Help menu (which produced a dialog stating help is not available). It's a great start for a free app but you definitely get just what you paid for. I look forward to seeing what updates do for this app in the future.

Since it's open source, all of these things don't matter though. I might even go there and fix the bugs myself some day (I have the source on my comp now). It's a great app, continue the good work!
