Obviously not being maintained anymore so this post is probably a waste of time, but Cocoa Cookies doesn't remove cookies for Safari 3.2.1.
Handy, but still irritating

This application does save a lot of time, I have to admit. However, it does a spotty job at updating cookies listed without a restart of the application. When I use it to test / delete a cookie, I open up CocoaCookies test/delete, then immediately close it. When I open it back up again, I can again check it for any changes to Safari's cookies, but it doesn't seem to do a live update very well.
It would be nice to have a 'reload' button.
Still... it's free, so I'll take what I can get.

Before deleting your cookies, be sure to remember that the cookies you "check" are the ones which WILL NOT be deleted ; the NOT checked cookies will be deleted.
I am not the brightest cookie (yuk, yuk, yuk), but this is counter intuitive to me.
Hope this saves someone from making the same mistake I made.
