PhotoStamps ReviewThe softeare doesn't work anymore - Version: 1.0, 6/18/2007 08:50PM PST

Not sure what happened, but I have used in the past to order stamps and it worked. I tried to reuse today to order more stamps and it indicated it can't find my iphoto library then it prompted me to upgrade or it will quit. When I upgraded the software it stopped working. So I guess no order. Hope they can fix soon, as this means loss of business for them.

Mark

ps. I have tiger version

PhotoStamps ReviewReal Problems - Version: 1.0, 10/2/2006 04:58PM PST

I guess the fact that there have been no reviews/comments since 2005, should have warned me that there may be problems. I have tried to order stamps using this software and everything seems to go fine until AFTER I provide credit card info and them I get an error message.
This has happened several times in the last month.
Such a great idea and such lousy implementation.
Beware of this.

PhotoStamps Troubleshooting ReportNew Version Available - Version: 1.0, 12/1/2005 04:59PM PST

Sorry some of you folks had trouble with image sizing not working. There were a few image formats we fixed shortly after release but it seemed that many users didn't get the latest image manipulation fixes and were frustrated with a piece of non-functional software.

The latest version (available on photoStamps.com) (build 21) has the image fix in it and should work well.

Thanks to a few users pointing out your frustrations to the Stamps.com technical support team and, also, telling us about this forum. I'll be sure to check this forum frequently for any other issues.

And, for those of you worried: We will have the 2006 postage version up in the next few weeks.

Also: For those saying 'it doesn't work' -- give us some more details. We wrote and test the software on Mac G4's and Mac G5's and PowerBooks, and, yes, we even have it on the Mac Intel. It does work. IN ADDITION: We support Tiger and Pre-Tiger and will continue to do so. (err... OK, I don't have any authority to say that... but, eh, we'll try to, ok? Great...)

Go Mac!

Happy Holidays.
