Speed limited? - Version: 1.01, 10/12/2007 12:23AM PST

Is it me or is this limited to 19,200 baud? I need to connect to my target platform at 115,200. Is this simply a gui limitation that I can work around or a hard app limitation? I know my USB-serial can work at that speed with other OSes.

QuickTerm is the best terminal I have ever tried, cause it runs smoothly, it's polite, easy to use, and really nice! Also compliments for the really cool icon!!!
I think that instead of implementing data transfer protocols (for which already exist many other solutions) you could achieve the best possible experience just adding support for higher speeds.
In example, could you add speeds of 460800bps and 921600bps?
Consider that many usb-serial chips out there (ftdi, prolific, etc.) are able to communicate at the above mentioned speeds, but a terminal emulator which can take care of such speeds still doesn't exist yet.
If you would add such feature, people would be able to use QuickTerm to test the functionality of their usb-serial based microcontrollers.
Again compliments!!!

for real usage you should implement at least some standard emulations like vt100 and vt320 ( 7 + 8 bit ) ... and i would wish a simple rz receiver ( or rx, ry ).
The way it responds to CR signals sent from the host seems to be unusual, too.
