Product Description:

Easily convert your existing QuickTime movies into the preferred 320x240 H.264 format suitable for Video iPod. Batch/background processing converts files easily - simply "double-click" the resulting movie files to add them to your iTunes library.

I'm sure this used to be free. $59 seems too much for the basic features of this app. There are still plenty of free alternatives... I suppose.

I wanted to put movies on my mobile (and not the other way around!).
There are loads of converters for Windows and converters that convert movies from your cam phone but I found this for my iMac.
Its great! Fast, simple and works!!
