MoviesForMyPod/PSP/Phone CommentaryDidn't this used to be free?! - Version: 1.5, 9/11/2008 01:17PM PST

I'm sure this used to be free. $59 seems too much for the basic features of this app. There are still plenty of free alternatives... I suppose.

I wanted to put movies on my mobile (and not the other way around!).
There are loads of converters for Windows and converters that convert movies from your cam phone but I found this for my iMac.
Its great! Fast, simple and works!!
Thanks for making it!!

I have used this to convert divx movies to H.264 format for my video iPod. Very good performance and no video/audio problems with the files.

I have had problems trying to convert batches of files at once, but overall no real problems.

When coverting an mpeg to be compatible with my RAZR, the video portion works fine, but there is no audio. I haven't figured out why that problem happens for just for these types of files.

MoviesForMyPod/PSP/Phone ReviewNo audio after MPG to 3GP conversion - Version: 1.04, 8/15/2006 02:11PM PST

The software seems great. Converted the files pretty quickly. I've only converted an mpg file to 3gp but there's no audio. Is it a limitation of the software?

MoviesForMyPod/PSP/Phone Troubleshooting ReportWorks yet it also doesn't - Version: 1.04, 6/24/2006 12:16AM PST

It only converted some of my mpegs, not all the ones I wanted. Also doesn't do .vlc and .avi.

If anyone knows how it can do these files for iPod please let me know about it...

If you're looking for a program to convert your movies for use on your PSP keep looking. This one does not do it in any format the PSP will actually play.

MoviesForMyPod/PSP/Phone ReviewWidescreen Plus PSP - Version: 1.01, 5/13/2006 06:59PM PST

I took one of my favorite music vids from enhanced audio CD (hollaback girl) and compressed it for my PSP and my iPod. I used H.264 for the iPod and MPEG-4 for the PSP and it did them both at the same time (simulaneously) on my Dual G5. Widescreen/MPEG-4 is working now as well. Used Audio Hijack to grab RiHanna's SOS audio from a web site and turned it into a new ringtone. blingbling. Soooo easy.
