I've been trying all week and can't seem to find a route through to this site (xhost.info). Others say there's no problem but I can't even contact the developer to find an alternative download location. Anyone else having problems? Can someone put 1.2.1 up on another location so I can ftp it?

the download puts an ipalette.zip file on my desktop which then dissappears and is replaced by a ipalette text file containing what seems to be the program code
probably done by stuffit 10
anyway it is obviously of no use
first time in 5 years and hundreds of downloads that I have seen anything like this
running 10.4.2 on a quicksilver 2002

....... I only seem to be able to run it from the Finder. This seems to be a mistake on my part, as I put it there first, to try out before adding it to my Applications folder.
Once in Applications, it won't open but gives the error message:
The application "Adobe Reader" could not be launched because of a shared library error: ")<Adobe Reader><Adobe Reader><HXRuntime><>"
I've run permission repairs but that hasn't solved the problem.
If I drop it back onto the Desktop I can open it again.
