Product Description:

Quickscale is designed to let you scale a large of of pictures to a desired size and format. Now, why would you want to do that? For example, if you wish to share your holiday photo's with family and friends, you can either send them by e-mail or put them somewhere on a website. The problem is that these pictures are usually far to large, have immense resolutions, and take far to long to send. Meet Quickscale: select the images, choose a desired resolution, and Quickscale scales them down for you.

What's new in this version:

When you dragged a PDF into QuickScale and you will try to scale this image with the CoreImage engine, using the â??Stretchâ??, â??Cropâ??, â??Mixedâ?? or â??Boxâ?? methode, QuickScale will try to scale a size with a width/height of 0/0 with result in a crashâ?¦ because you canâ??t scale a size with size 0/0â?¦ QuickScale 3.6.7 fixes this bug. It isnâ??t possible (yet) to scale PDF files (unless you use the default engine) but QuickScale will show a better error in place of crashingâ?¦

The scaling function is ok, easy batch photo is better, but as a simple thumbnail browser this is incredibly fast ...if there was a way of hiding the resizing tools box on the right it would be perfect, or maybe just make a lite version of only the browser.
