RadPicView is a zoomable, scrollable, draggable, double-buffered control for viewing images.
RadPicView is written in 100% pure REALbasic. No declares. No plugins.
RadPicView is released as part of the Radical Breeze Developer Pack available from http://dev.radicalbreeze.com. A subscription to the Radical Breeze Developer Pack entitles you to one year of free (starting the day of purchase) upgrades as well as free usage of all components we release during that time.

What's new in this version:

Now has scroll-wheel support.
When zooming/resizing the scroll location is now kept consistent.
