When the site is up and running you can get better info about your Mac, including what the person who assembled it ate for lunch, at <http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html>.

I like the program. It doesn't have to be a PageMaker application to be cool. I really enjoy it.
However, version 1.1 correctly identified my PowerBook but version 2 doesn't. It tells me the range of being built but not where. If I give my serial number it tells me the same thing.
Last, Version Tracker tells me I have v1.1 and I need to download v2. I run the program and it tells me I'm running v2 so somthing is a-miss somewhere.

Perser
This thing does not recognize my system. Maybe because the system profiler itself does not recognise the serial number of my machine either.
