Allan MarcusBasically, they make you use a serial number, then they break the serial number with an update, then they make you buy a new one! No other company in the world does this! Every other company I have ever gotten a serial number for will gladly resolve a reinstall issue. To make it worse, this is backup software!
There are so many other good back up programs out there (CCC for example, which is free), there is NO REASON to waste your money on this NTI product. Assuming they are just as obnoxious with their other products, I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Basically, they make you use a serial number, then they break the serial number with an update, then they make you buy a new one! No other company in the world does this!
