Product Description:

If you need to allow people from within your office or across the Internet to send, receive, and manage files on a central Mac, Rumpus FTP is what you are looking for. Whether you need to accept graphics files from remote locations, manage content on a Web server, or coordinate a work group with a single file server that everyone can access, Rumpus is the answer. Rumpus FTP can handle virtually any Internet file transfer task by working with standard FTP and Web clients on any platform, and do it with remarkable ease.

What's new in this version:

Introduced a fix for a file system issue in which files may not be immediately accessible after creation on slow volumes. Fixed a file path reporting problem in Event Notices when multiple files are listed that have been uploaded to different folders. Corrected token insertion pop-up for shell script and AppleScript notices. Added javascript test to alert users if no file is selected when trying to upload.

Absolutely brilliant product!

Simple to use & install, yet with a very useful & powerful feature-set. The best bit for me is the technical support, which is simply legendary! I initially demo-ed the software whilst upgrading to Leopard (which caused quite a few headaches). The guys at Maxum Tech Support went far above the call of duty in helping me sort it all out, especially as I was only testing it. Don't hesitate - buy it!

Deep Blue
The ongoing Updates to this product are a sign of the fantastic support that is offered, NOT a sign of any 'faults' just great customer service. Unlike other companies that keep you waiting 18 months for a fix (guess who that is!!) Maxum respond and supply updates swiftly, without ever breaking the product. Amazing IMO. A leading example of development, support and fair pricing.

I have no doubt about the product itself - it's an excellent piece of software and does it's job very well. What I doubt is the qualitity of service because there's an update coming out every week... You guys keep us IT administrators very busy by updating your software weekly!
