Good, but with limitations

I like this software a lot. I especially like not paying $20 a month for Survey Monkey. But this software has a lot of limitations that Survey Monkey doesn't have. Like, if you add an option to a dropdown list after you've already started recording data, all of your data is wiped out. That's not a bug, it's a feature. Also, the reports are fairly limited, and when I print, everything comes out kind of fuzzy.
That said, it's the only program I've found that can do what it does, and version 2 is a big improvement over version 1 (Pronto Survey), so there's hope. And the developers are responsive on the forum, and fixes do make their way into the incremental releases. I will continue to use the software, but I am frustrated with some of the limitations.
Also a bit pricey at $100. I paid $60 for Pronto and got a free upgrade. That seems like a much better price point, expecially considering what you get for the money.

This app is a great time saver. I also use their Forms To Go. I always wondered how to offer my customers surveys on their web sites without hiring a costly programmer. Not as easy to use as Forms To Go, but also keep in mind that this is a more complex, multi-page script generator and analysis tool.
I'm very satisfied with this software. They only need to check their english grammar. There are some pitfalls in the app as well in the docs.

For multi-page functionality it is worth the $60. Heck, worth twice that.

It works, but I prefer not spending $60 for something I can do with open source products such as phpESP. Too much money for something so simple and freely available from other sources.

This nifty piece of software, actually two programs, one for creating online surveys and one for analyzing the results, seamlessly compatible with MySQL does exactly what it says. With PHP and MySQL already including in our web hosting package all that was need was to activate these features by web GUI, followed the excellent online instructions on the developer site for configuring and installing required files up an runnning with no programming knowledge. The cost savings alone of not having to pay monthly hosting fees charged by most online survey software schemes pays for this software....thanks for a great piece of shareware!

I haven't actually used this yet but I'm a registered user of the company's other product, Forms To Go, and I'm extremely pleased with that. I love the idea of the Survey software, great!
However, HTML design capabilities are extremely limited. Documentation is vague. On-line tech support is not much better, although the tech support people at BeboSoft respond very quickly to trouble tickets. They just can't solve the problems. The produce is too unreliable for business use.
The program is bug-ridden, producing mysterious error messages and lockups that BeboSoft technical support cannot replicate, much less solve. After all the releases and updates, we should get a more reliable product for $99.
