Bricksmith allows you to make virtual Lego models and admire them in all three dimensions. It's an especially useful tool for creating instructions for one's Lego creations.
Bricksmith offers thousands of parts and dozens of colors. You'll have the ability to create steps and submodels for intricate creations.
This program is based on LDraw, a fan effort to model Lego bricks in 3D. Converters are available to feed your creations into a 3D raytracer for beautiful renderings.

New Features
- Use the mouse to drag parts within the model, between models, and into the model from the Part Browser
- Global color list is read from extendable file
- Anti-aliased drawing (much prettier)
- Lines are drawn with a complimentary color to the main part
- Part search improved
- Hotkeys for viewing angles
- Simplified some keyboard shortcuts
- Colors can be searched by number, and entered entirely by keyboard
- Dimensions panel also shows LDraw units
- Added help pages for secret key shortcuts and unofficial parts
- Eliminated drawing problems resulting in unilluminated polygons (ex. flowers.dat)
- Fixed split-view state restoration under Leopard

A totally wonderful programme for all Legoists. Design and construct your own creations and share them with others. Too much fun for teens and pre-teens. You really need to be a sad old adult to totally appreciate this programme.
