SteerMouse CommentaryApple's Magic Mouse anyone? - Version: 4.0.1, 11/4/2009 10:37AM PST

I didn't purchase a Magic Mouse yet. Does anyone care to comment on how well SteerMouse works with Apple's Magic Mouse?

I've been using Steermouse with Logitech mice for a couple of years. It works well with one mouse. It is a pain to program the buttons for most mice. Occasionally I want to use a different mouse. steermouse does not recognize that a new mouse is being used so it tries to use the settings from the previous mouse. The settings must be changed everytime I switch a mouse. I would give Steermouse 5 stars if programing were much easier and If it would allow me to switch mice without having to do the settings all over again.

I've been dabbling with several replacements for Kensington's antiquated driver for the ExpertMouse. Steermouse is what I've settled upon, because it just works.
