Air Compare Widget ReviewCannot get it to work - Version: 1.3, 8/2/2006 08:13AM PST

When I enter anything in the widget, it puts it all into the Destination field; a web page appears complaining that the Departure info was incorrectly formatted. There is no indication of how data is to be formatted. I don't see anywhere to input dates....

In short, I find this useless.

Air Compare Widget ReviewDoesn't work right; then just links to a web site - Version: 1.3, 1/19/2006 06:17AM PST

I expect a widget to display its data within the widget. This just sends the user to a site where the developer will get a commission on sales. Another problem is that the date selector does not work properly. I had to select the date above the one I wanted (e.g., select 9 to get 10). And after all that, the site it goes to is not even that good of a meta search site. It only lets you choose 3 sites, then they are displayed in 3 separate windows. I have been using www.mobissimo.com which searches many more travel sites with good results; www.kayak.com also looks good.

Reviewers should fully demo it before trashing it.
