MS Remote Desktop Connection Beta 3 - Version: 2.13, 4/19/2008 05:55AM PST

Some of RDC Menus functionality has been broken by the update from Beta 2 to Beta 3 (remembering display settings in particular), so despite the annoyance of the "beta expired" window, you are better off sticking with Beta 2 than upgrading until there is a RDC Menu update or final MS RDC release.
Couldn't access preference at all. - Version: 2.10, 9/6/2007 12:35PM PST

I wasn't able to use this version as I couldn't access the preferences window. When I select the Preferences menu option, nothing happened. The second time I select, it brings up an empty window.
Anyone else have this experience?
I LOVE RDC menu and was excited to see this new version supports RDC 2.0 beta and CORD. I'll have to still with 2.01 for now.

Version 2.10 'forgets' preferences - Version: 2.10, 8/30/2007 08:28AM PST

With version 2.10 of RDC Menu, double-clicking an entry in the list of bookmarks opens RDC but it does not fill in the login preferences stored in the bookmark into the RDC preferences (they remain blank) and it also requires to hit the connect button in the RDC window. Going back to version 2.03 things work again.
Perfect Tool for IT Admins

I've had great feedback from the developer. He seems very interested in improving this product as well as taking user suggestions. I would suggest that the time savings in launch many Windows Server desktops (even with console option) at the same time is well worth paying this man the shareware fee.
Not Finished

The app's new features are great, but this app is not finished...you can't even register it! The developer's site also doesn't seem to be finished.
Frustrating to download something and am not able to fully try it OR even just pay and use it.

Essential but...

This is essential for any Windows administrator, I just wish that you could create RDC settings and launch them quickly. I connect to at least 5 servers, and it would be much better to double click the settings and have them launch using RDC menu or select them from a menu under RDC.

great little program if you need multiple RDC sessions.
My number 1 request would be for RDC Menu to open Connection settings files directly (or pass these on to RDC).
N.B. a choice of menubar icons now!

If I could write an application this would be the one I wrote.
I am a Windows SysAdmin and have about 5 copies of the RDC app in my apps folder at work right now. Tomorrow there will one plus this app.
Thank You

Nifty util for easily launching multiple RDC connections from the menubar or dock. It would be perfect if it also maintained a list of recent connections or favorites, so you can access them with one click rather than launching RDC first. The blurry menubar icon could also use a redesign. However, it's free and does what it claims to do. Thanks
