The file “rafbrowse_0-3.dmg.download” doesn’t appear to be a valid download file.

Will not even down load into Safari as it is not being recognized at al. I am using a Power Mac G-5 with Mac OSX 10.4.6 Tiger. Very disappointing as I am not able to view.

In the right spot. Nothing to alter however. I'd move your "About" back where it belongs....under the Application Icon on the menu bar.
