AudioBinder (0.9.7) will insert CDDB info automatically with perfect track starttimes if you 'Copy CD to Disk' using the Advanced preference in FireStarter FX, 'create toc file only'. Then drag it to AudioBinder. What a great timesaver. This application is not just for podcasts but anyone interested in a gapless itunes experience. In iTunes, 'Join all CD Tracks', then import AAC to get the m4a file.
