Product Description:
iRatchet is a new Tiger-only Invoicing and Billing app. iRatchet is written in Objective-C/Cocoa and uses CoreData, spotlight, .mac, AddressBook and iCal integration. iRatchet provides most of the features and functionality common to most billing and Invoicing apps (tracking hourly and fixed entries, multiple clients/projects, timers, pdf output, emailing of invoices, etc.), while excelling in workflow, mileage tracking, web integration and ease of use. This version has support for high precision calculations, storing country codes/currency codes on a per client basis, and a host of enhancement designed to assist those who have customers in various countries.
If your trial expires, you can reset it for another 10 day stretch by deleting the database at ~/Library/Application Support/iRatchet/iRatchet2.irdb. Or, you can support the development of iRatchet by purchasing a serial :-)

This is perhaps the most confusing program I've ever used. Nothing is simple. Trying to produce invoices, the main task, has one going through seemingly unrelated (and as written by other) non-intuitive steps. And don't even think of trying to modify an invoice you need to add something too. Everything works/// if you can find it. But be prepared for a struggle following someone else's idea of logic that is very un-logical to me.

This program claims to be simple but makes absolutely no sense to me, and I am not stupid. I am a graphic artist, not an accountant, so that is part of the problem, but I have never used such a non-intuitive program. I have continued to hobble along with it due to a lack of good options on the Mac but am looking to switch ASAP.

There is no way to open the actual invoice and enter a full description of the services.
Would happy switch to something better
