You don't have to wait for an Intel version of this app. it's quite easy to compile. Just download the source code from the dev's website, in Terminal navigate to the source code's folder, type make. That Easy. (You must have Xcode installed for this magic to work.)

A great alternative to the man command !
It's now in my startup items so I can avoid using the CLI "man" or "xCode man"

Thanks for a great alternative to browsing man pages in the terminal. Thanks also for the very handy "openman" utility so we have an easy way to launch ManOpen from the commandline with a particular man page. Excellent program.

The interface is great, and the support of the author is outstanding. I'm a UNIX newbie and had problems installing the man page. Carl (the author) wrote two very detailed emails helping me. Great software. Great author.

think there is some potential here. Perhaps it should move into other documents as well, ie info, /usr/share/docs and development docs found in /Developer/Documentation. Also, it's a bit on the slow side for some reason while searching and starting. It would be great to see some optimizations. Also, please consider makeing a simple search drop down for the menubar similar to searchling, which seems that it would be a great inerface for this application. I'll upgrade to 5 stars as soon as I see some of these additions :)
Excellent! I particular…

ManOpen is much better than the man page browser that's in Project Builder 2.1. This program has earned a permanent place in my Dock.
