Have spent 2hrs and it has been syncing for 35mins.
Setup with TINY screen fonts on my MacBook Pro needed a magnifying glass.
This is going to be a STEEP learning curve.
New Listing Wizard had an error when opening.
Perhaps this is not ready for prime time.
I give up. The small font is just too inconvenient.
Lots of features if you can read them.

Lacking features...

Out of the box i was impressed. Just about everything you need to run an ebay busniness except the following:
1. The synchronize option is buggy and didn't download all of my data.
2. Only the first level of the store categories can be download. This leaves about 90% of my products without a store category.
3. Is there a buld edit?
4. How do I export my inventory or other data?
5. It would be nice for an explanation of the fields in their database so i could import my products properly.
6. Only 6 of my 77 orders were downloaded with the synchronize option.
I have only been using this application for a couple of days, putting in about 12 hours in to this, and still have not posted an item to ebay. I have no confidence in this application right now.
I would wait for the next version.

Originally, I bought this product for a G4 and it was dreadfully slow - the program was optimized for high-speed internet connections only and performed very poorly on dial up. The learning curve was much too steep and customer service was a total disaster. When I couldn't make the Mac version work satisfactorily, they offered me a free Windows version which performed better but I wanted an OS X version. Finally, I had to write it off as a loss and buy Garage Sale for OS X which performed superbly for, at that time, $30.
