Link Assistant 2.4.4 is by far and away one of the most superior link-finding softwares I have ever used. I used LinkMachine with the same keyword(s) of 'special' and 'relativity' for my web site www.relativitycalculator.com but only turned up about 5 links one of which I did use. Link Assitant 2.4.4 on the other hand turned up 1430 link possibilites of which I have used numerous for Relativity Calculator web site!! Best of regards to the folks at Link Assistant [ http://www.link-assistant.com/ ]! Don Saar, contact@relativitycalculator.com

LinkAssistant SEO Tool ReviewLike it (if not to say more)! - Version: 2.4, 9/17/2006 08:59AM PST

Nice software tool for link bilding (not for reciprocal link exchange only, as it is written in description), covers almost all aspects of link development, provides a lot of useful information (PR, LPs, AR, etc), cool integrated mail client (those who have tried this will agree that this can save hours), support for SEs APIs, and many other features.

Hmmm... I've tried both Windows and Mac versions - LinkAssistant for Windows is a bit more stable. :\ But this is the only link building software of such high level for Mac - so we'd better start using it right now, and wait for these tiny problems to be fixed.

Better seo results are available reciprocal links: reciprocal sucks for Google so the software use useless for a real seo

I'm looking at the 5 star reviews and asking myself...are they faked?

My experience using Link Assistant was a pain. A step-wizard would have been nice, and would have been less confusing. I was stuck "litteraly" wondering what I needed to do next.

When I did figure it out, the popup menus and dialog boxes freaked out, not allowing me to make selections.

It's very apparent that this port for OSX was done haphassardly. The file menu resembles a Windows menu, and trying to mouse down the list made me want to pull my hair out.

There is some good news. I loved the features. I loved the auto entry for forms. I loved the search and ranking at a click of a button. The features (that do work like their suppose to) beats most other similar SEO utilities on the net...if only the object handling with dialogs and popups didn't prevent you from just giving up alltogether.

In my opinion, this should still be a beta version. It's not a stable OSX 10.3.9 application.

LinkAssistant SEO Tool ReviewLink Assistant for MacOS X - Version: 2.1.1, 12/22/2005 11:11AM PST

I am offering a feedback regarding the efficacy of Link Assistant for MacOS X 10.3.9, and now it is my pleasure to express that Link Assistant has been such an elegant and excellent piece of software, that China Styles web site would not have gained such reciprocal links as now exists. It utilizes whatever keywords are specific to a given web site, and as such it produces invaluable contact information to a webmaster so as to produce an opportunity for mutual and reciprocol link exchanges with other like web sites. The simplicity and elegance of Link Assistant is only matched by the similar qualities of MacOS X itself! And you can directly quote me on this!! Further, I am not convinced that mutual and reciprocol link exchanges are of much less value to Google. Best regards to all Link Assistant developers, Don Saar, drdonzi@crocker.com, www.chinastyles.com

Unfortunately, this comes a month after Google completely devalued reciprocal links.

Oh well...
