Product Description:

With this software, you'll be able to keep accurate track of all the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that you eat each day. You will also be warned when you are consuming too much or too little of a substance. It won't give you the willpower you need to slim down, but it will at least give you all of the information you need.
Also included is the "Nutrition Library"! It's nice to know how many milligrams of sodium you've eaten during the day, but if you don't know how much sodium you need, how much is too much, or what will happen to you if you take too much, knowing how much you've eaten isn't really that informative. So, after you've entered your "foods eaten" data, just click on a nutrient to learn more about it.
Lastly, for those of you who do food storage, as a free of charge extra, there is also a food storage calculator. Simply enter in the foods that you have stored as well as the amount of time you want the foods to last, and you'll be given a detailed explanation of the nutritional value of your foods, including deficiency and toxicity warnings!
We've been given 5 stars from several different shareware download sites. Give us a try!

I've been trying diet tracking software for the last week, this one is almost the worst one I've tried.

I like the open cookbook look and some of the graphical features, but the fonts are DOS looking 1 bit font characters and it makes me feel like I'm programming on an old 486 PC. Also, the scroll bars don't function properly and the text is either cut off or stuck. You can't scroll to read the paragraph. The developer also tries to spoon feed you unwanted opinions (research) about cholesterol and other nutrients. While the commentary might be helpful to some, I'd rather he/she spent the time troubleshooting the software. I can research cholesterol on my own.

My Calorie & Nutrition Counter software is a disaster and it's almost criminal that they want $40 some-odd dollars to register it.

The ugly OS 9 screenshot with three windows where a proper interface should have one isn't exactly screaming, "try me."

I've been looking for something like this, but the interface needs some SERIOUS work. It reminds me of Ircle...and I hate Ircle.
