Product Description:

ArtRage 2 is a fun and easy to use painting tool for Mac OSX that lets you play with realistic paints on your computer. You can create your own paintings from nothing, load in photos and recreate them with oil paints, pencils, felt pens, or any of the other tools ArtRage has to offer. You can experiment with metallic paint for gold leafing, sprinkle shiny glitter, fill in large areas with the paint roller, and generally paint, smudge, and smear your way to your very own masterpiece. This new version of ArtRage comes in two versions. The Full Edition gives you all the new features, including four new tools, layers, metal paints, stencils and much more for only $25.00US. The Free Edition contains all of the features of ArtRage 1, plus the speed and technology improvements in ArtRage 2 and a few new features for good measure.

What's new in this version:

This update contains fixes for the following problems:

Fixed a general problem encountered on some Tablet PCs including Lenovo PCs whereby the Airbrush would not work when using the stylus.
Fixed some paint removal problems when merging groups that have blend modes.
Fixed a bug that could cause problems when importing some PSD files saved out from Alias Sketchbook Pro.
Fixed a bug that caused exporting a layer to PSD format to pick up bump from layers beneath the exported one.
Fixed a bug in Paint Roller loading when using it at large sizes with low pressure values.
Fixed potential problems with the Wacom Edition recognising the presence of Wacom tablet drivers on OSX Leopard.

This program has a wonderfully intuitive and original UI. It is usable with mouse but I now have an urge to go buy a tablet and do some detailed drawing! Congratulations on such a fine piece of work.

The best drawing/painting program out there (excluding Adobe) but I don't see a use for it, not worth paying real money for it, maybe an IOU on a bar napkin, arrrrgh.
