ROT13 [de|en]code Widget is a widget which permit the user to encode clear text to ROT13 formatted text, or decode ROT13 formatted text to clear text.

What's new in this version:

Code cleanup.
Add 1337 R0T13 encoding (ROT13 then leet speak).
French and English localizations.
Small interface changes.
