CarlRJFirst off, just to be completely clear, Bytesmiths' commentary suggests everyone boycott this application because he doesn't like their pricing on an entirely different product. There's a followup by the developer which clears things up a bit, but I'm guessing that most will see the misleading comment in the reviews section and look no further.
Now, I've actually downloaded and used this application (PictureItPostage), and it seems to work quite well (very straightforward to use, gave me no problems, though I could have used a little finer-grained control over the image placement -- feels pretty polished for a v1.0 app). This program is free, and the cost to print picture stamps is exactly the same for Mac and PC users.

BytesmithsThey are the only kid on the block for Mac users who want to do their own postage, but they are wrong to soak Mac users for the privilege of using their product.
For two years' difference in price, you can buy an old Windows box at a garage sale. Tell Endicia that you are going to buy an old Windows box for your postage needs, AND THEN BUY A COMPETITOR'S PRODUCT, until Endicia starts treating the Mac market with some respect.
