iStat pro Troubleshooting Reportzip file format error on download - Version: 4.5, 12/24/2007 01:40PM PST

The zip file for version 4.5 results in a format error from Stuffit: "error #17540" This happens with the download from iSlayer.com as well as from Versiontracker. I've tried it several times over several days. I'm not going to install it in that situation. I'm running ver 4.2 and have been using iStat pro for a long time with no trouble.

This version instead of showing the download and upload speed it shows the amount of data downloaded or uploaded at the computer... "In" shows the same info as "total in" and "out" the same info as "total out"

iStat pro Troubleshooting ReportCrashes on my Mac Pro 3GHz - Version: 4.2, 9/17/2007 04:16AM PST

DrDave
Although the previous version runs without any difficulty, this version crashes on start-up. Reverted to previous version (which is great!) with no problems. Go ahead and try this version, but I recommend that you also retain the previous installed version so that you can easily back-track if you encounter the same issues I did. (if you already did install and the new version crashes, just drag the old version out of the trash (you didn't empty it yet, right?) and double-click it and answer 'replace' in the dialog.
