Download BatchSpot'em - it enables you to add your own Spotlight keywords to a batch of Finder items.
Umm.. why not just use Automator?

You can do this in Automator easily. Read http://www.adamrice.org/eponymous/2005/05/add_spotlight_t.html for a howto.

As it is now, it is actually pretty useless. Because:
It doesn't allow more than one keyword per file!
It replaces any existing comments!!
It doesn't look inside folders to add recursively.
Obviously the developer hasn't played much with Tiger yet, or he/she wouldn't claim that there is no other way.
The solution is already there in Tiger. Just add these 3 actions in Automator:
1- Get Selected Finder Items + 2- Get Folder Contents + 3- Add Spotlight Comments to Finder Items
It will add as many keywords as you want, with an option to preserve existing keywords, and recursively, no matter how deep the folders are.
And you can compile it as an app or a contextual menu item and voila.
