DeepTrouble 2 ReviewEnjoyed playing DT2 - Version: 2.0, 9/12/2008 07:13PM PST

cdjen
Did both versions of DT and found it relaxing, not the kind where you had to blow-up thousands of humans. With time one gets to know how to kill or run & hide to kill one by one when attacked by a fleet of airships.
My biggest complain was that I had to play till the game decided to save at checkpoints which at the beginning were too far apart . This often was annoying as I had to end the game before it was saved because of something else more important. This meant I had to start at the last checkpoint and lose all what I had gained. With patience and good eyes in the ever present murky water I finally got to blow-up the depot ( level 11) at which point I was faced with a blank window where I thought It would give me another mission as it led me to believe from the message I got.
There are times when I was very frustrated as I could not find my way in this murky water and kept going in circles knowing that there was a way out. So frustrated that I abandoned the game for months. But I had to find a way out and now I have finished it or I think I have because the last message gives me the impression it goes on but as I said, it went blank on me then ended.
I wrote my concern to the support staff today and am waiting for an answer.

DeepTrouble 2 CommentaryDownloaded file is an UPDATER - Version: 1.2.0, 9/16/2006 08:06PM PST

The file downloaded through the link on this page is an updater--it is not the full application. You have to go to the developer's site to get the full application. The demo is over 34 MB; the full version is about 3 times that size.

DeepTrouble 2 CommentarySimple question - Version: 1.1.0, 6/18/2005 05:24PM PST

Ilgaz
Will this update the demo too? Or demo will be updated separately?

Thanks for providing a way to buy the game digitally BTW. I hate paying to Fedex more than the game I purchase :)
