Added the ability to backup the database when quitting the application. Options are in the General Preferences pane
Added keys to the report engine for client such as prefix, suffix, first name, last name, middle name, and formal full name which is all of these as one
Added the ability to link to a contact in Address Book (rather than just being able to restore) when you click the lightning bolt icon to resolve an unlinked client
Added a My Eyes Only query to the All Slips view
Added \"Unbilled Clients\" and a basic \"Quantities\" reports
Added rate, taxes and total columns to the \"Mileage Report\"
Fixed several bugs and improved general performance

I rarely if ever write feedback for things I find on versiontracker, but I must say that I disagree with most of the reviews posted here.

I was previously using a different shareware solution for my invoicing needs, but I found it lacking.

I had looked at Billings in earlier versions, but wasn't happy.

3.0.3 finally convinced me to switch.

The interface is straightforward and intuitive, and the learning curve is pretty easy.

There are some features I wish were different — users are right that the invoice template creation is totally undocumented, and a little clunky. But once you play around with it for a while, it's fairly simple.

I also wish that the reports it generates would be live, "spreadsheet" reports — that you can sort etc — but alas, the reports you generate are only static PDFs.

I've also not had the crashes others speak of — the apps been quite stable.

But overall, I would recommend this app and it does what I need.
