Calcline Commentarycopying to clipboard - Version: 1.2.0, 6/15/2007 12:36PM PST

I like this app with one huge caveat: you should be able to get the answer onto the clipboard from the small window. Preferably with command-C.

I won't rate this now in the hopes that the author fixes this omission in the next version.

hangs (pinwheel) any time I tried to use a variable in an expression without a * ex (4y). It should be able to do this calculation without a star.

Can't highlight and copy the results to the clipboard from the small window have to expand.

Good start, but this is not a 1.0 app. This is a beta app and it wouldn't be worth 20$ even if it was fully functional. This is freeware or 5$ material.

For a good robust small freeware app look at MiniCalc, which also adds a calculate function you your services menu to calculate the results of an expression in any cocoa app.

ex (4*cos(2*pi)) = 4 was just calculated in this window using minicalc.

Calcline CommentaryFast crash - Version: 1.0, 5/11/2005 12:52PM PST

I crashed the app in record time by just hitting three keys: 2, e, Return. It became immediately unresponsive and I had to kill it. Not acceptable in a $20, version 1.0 program.
