Invoice Numbers You now have complete control over your invoice number. In the preferences section you can not only define how the invoice number should be calculated, but you can also tell Invoice It Pro to NOT auto-create the invoice number. This is useful if you wish to enter your own, pre-calculated invoice numbers.

Products Administration You can now define what products & services you sell. Each item has it's own pricing and can be defined as taxable or not. This makes the process of invoice creation quicker and more accurate.

Customize Your Invoice You now have complete, layout-level access to the Invoice Print screen. This will allow you to customize the printable invoice any way you like. NOTE: Conceptualize Solutions is not responsible for changes made to the print layout of the invoice. You should only do this if you know what you are doing. Any changes will not be saved when you upgrade to a newer version of Invoice It Pro at a later date.

Invoice History From within the contact window, you can now view an Invoice History for the contact in a variety of ways, such as past due, paid, outstanding, etc.
