Can someone comment on the difference between Amnesty Widget Browser and the Amnesty Singles? The developer's website doesn't specifically address this....

I have used Amnesty since its inception. It works precisely as advertised. I places any widget in your library in your finder environment either as a floating window or just on your desktop. You have full control over placement of each widget and can reduce the size and transparency to your own specific needs. You can lock them in place and disable click activation as you wish. I find that my user environment is much poorer without Amnesty. I use clocks, weather, monitoring widgets, currency calcular, calculators etc. Their ever presence on the desktop provides rich online (live)feedback at a glance.
I too notice that Apples weather widget continually creeps up the screen with each restart. It does this on all Mac configurations. This is the only widget that behaves like this, and according to certain threads is due to memory leaks and other issues with this widget, not a problem with Amnesty. The price I think is reasonable, so I can fully recommend Anmesty to any potential user. In fact I have never had cause to ask the developer for help. Enjoy!

I like the concept and the implementation but why do fonts look very fuzzy when widgets are opened via the various Amnesty apps. There is a very noticeable blur that is not apparent when widgets are invoked via Dashboard. I would buy the app were it not for this problem.

Yesterday I was reading all the skeptic comments on Amnesty, I tried Konfabulator and this cost me at least 2 precious hours of my life !!! Anyone who loves Apple widgets and how they work and perform: stay away from Konfabulator ! Again a good example, why Apple gets bigger every day ...
Amnesty just works, simply ... just like Apple would do it ! The only reason to save those 20 bucks: presumably we´ll get some like that in Leopard anyway.
My question for anyone feeling annoyed by Amnesty´s price: how many bucks do you make in 2 hours lost with Konfabulator ??

my weather widgets, which are what I want on my desktop, gradually inch upwards everytime I stop/start amnesty. running more than one iteration of the same widget also requires a workaround which is ridiculous given the price of the app. so I can't recommend this.

I double click the icon and nothing happpens. No bounce, no error message, just nothing. I'm using 10.3.9 and would really like to try this out.

Amnesty is wonderful, except that the last two versions crash constantly. Obviously there is trouble with memory management - looking forward to the amnesty team fixing these issues
